I placed an order with Razzai, and despite the 9th day passing, they still haven’t prepared the items. Initially, I thought it might be due to their workload, but as the days went by, I tried calling them on their contact number. Unfortunately, they didn’t respond. After that, I messaged them on WhatsApp, but they haven’t replied either. Lastly, I emailed them, but they haven’t responded to that either.
In light of this frustrating experience, I attempted to cancel the order to receive a refund, but as per their cancellation rules, there’s no cancel option available.
I urge everyone to avoid purchasing from Razzai. I’ve attached some screenshots for proof.
