At Razzai world By Zensleep Homes , every product is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. As our bedding products are hygiene-sensitive and many comforters are shipped in vacuum-compressed packaging, we have outlined the following return and exchange policy to ensure a fair experience for both our customers and our team.

Return & Exchange Window

Return, replacement, or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of the date of delivery.

If your package appears visibly damaged, torn, wet, crushed, or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend reporting it immediately with unboxing video to help us investigate the issue promptly.

Eligible for Return, Replacement, or Exchange

We will gladly review requests in the following situations:

All requests are reviewed based on the information provided and in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Not Eligible for Return

The following situations are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange:

โ—ย ย ย ย ย ย  Minor colour variations due to photography, lighting, or screen settings

โ—ย ย ย ย ย ย  Temporary reduction in loft or thickness immediately after opening due to vacuum compression

โ—ย ย ย ย ย ย  Found a lower price elsewhere

โ—ย ย ย ย ย ย  Customer expected a different level of softness, warmth, GSM, thickness, or feel despite the product specifications provided

Evidence Required

To help us resolve genuine concerns efficiently, customers need to provide:

โ—ย ย ย ย ย ย  Clear photographs of the issue

โ—ย ย ย ย ย ย  Product photographs

โ—ย ย ย ย ย ย  Photos of the outer and inner packaging (where relevant)

Providing an unboxing video is strongly recommended, as it helps us verify transit-related issues more quickly. However, in its absence, you must provide other reasonable evidence before processing the claim.

Vacuum Packaging Policy

Many Razzai comforters are vacuum packed to maintain hygiene, protect the product during transit, and optimize shipping.

After opening, the comforter may appear compressed. This is normal, and the product typically regains its loft within 1โ€“24 hours after unpacking.

Once opened, the product cannot be restored to its original factory-packed condition without specialized equipment. Products that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or altered are not eligible for return unless they are found to have a verified manufacturing defect or were supplied incorrectly by Razzai.

Customer Responsibility Before Ordering

We provide detailed information regarding product size, colour, GSM, warmth level, materials, vacuum packaging, and applicable return conditions on our website.

Customers are encouraged to review this information carefully before placing an order. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted solely because the customer overlooked or misunderstood clearly stated product specifications or offer details.

Exchange Policy

If Razzai delivers the wrong product, wrong size, wrong colour, or if the product qualifies under the eligible return conditions mentioned above, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Preference-based exchanges (such as changing colour, size, GSM, warmth level, or product type) are generally not offered. In exceptional cases, if approved by Razzai, a reverse logistics and handling charge of โ‚น250 may apply.

For any approved exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

Refund Policy

Once an approved returned product is received and passes quality inspection, refunds will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after the customer provides the required account details.

Shipping or convenience charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect, transit damage, or an error on Razzai's part.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted. Customers who refuse delivery without a valid reason may be liable for applicable shipping and reverse logistics charges.
